The Bristol-Kendall Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for the resurfacing of the parking lot at Station 2, located at 2101 McHugh Road in Yorkville.
Interested contractors are encouraged to review the project specifications and proposal requirements prior to submitting a bid.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on July 6, 2026. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the bid packet.
Project Overview
The project includes milling and resurfacing the existing parking lot pavement, making any necessary repairs, installing a new hot mix asphalt surface, restriping the parking lot, and completing all related work necessary to return the lot to service.
Contractors will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, site preparation, cleanup, and project management associated with the work.
Contractor Walkthrough Opportunities
Contractor site walkthroughs will be available by appointment between June 15 and June 18, 2026.
